Can I put this score on my website or in my lease ads?
Your free public ad analysis is provisional — computed from terms you already publish.
It is for your internal review and pilot discussion. Do not label it a “stamp”
or place it next to consumer payment claims (e.g. $299/mo) without full Reg M lease disclosures
in the same ad.
Real L2 stamps (available VIN + sticker MSRP match via voluntary read-only feed) may be
referenced in marketing only with required qualifications and your acknowledgment that
you remain solely responsible for the advertisement — including clear-and-conspicuous
Reg M terms and FTC truthfulness. LeaseCrack is an independent referee, not a lessor, broker,
endorser, or government certifier. Display kits and approved badge language are pilot-only until
counsel-reviewed terms are in place.
What does “Federal Reg M aligned” mean?
Our extraction and scoring use disclosure fields dealers are already required to publish under
Regulation M (12 CFR § 1013.7) when advertising lease payments. We help surface and
analyze those terms — we do not certify that your ad is compliant or reduce your disclosure obligations.
Incorporating any LeaseCrack output into consumer-facing advertising is your responsibility.
Do I have to change how I sell?
